Services Offered

At Starrey Dream Travel Pvt Ltd, we offer well-planned travel packages within India and to international destinations. Our services cover spiritual tours such as the Dham Yatra, weekend holidays, and customised land tour packages to suit your travel plans. Each package usually includes hotel accommodation, local transportation, sightseeing, and other necessary travel services as per your chosen itinerary.

Booking and Payment Terms

• Flight Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Land Packages: 50% advance is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days before departure.
• GST is excluded from the package cost unless specifically mentioned.
• TCS (Tax Collected at Source) at 5% / 20% is not included in the package cost unless mentioned. This must be borne by the guest. If paid by us on your behalf, an advance tax certificate will be provided.
• A valid passport (minimum 6 months from return date) is mandatory for international travel.
• Visa cost applies to Indian passport holders applying within India, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to availability and dynamic changes. No booking is confirmed until payment is received and acknowledgment is sent by us.
• Early check-in / late check-out / room preferences (like twin/king/interconnected) are subject to hotel availability only.

Amendment Policy

• If you need to change your travel plans — such as the date, route, or services included — we’ll check with the concerned vendors, and any update will depend on availability. Extra costs may apply in some cases.
• All changes must be informed to us through a written request. While we try our best, we cannot promise that every change will be accepted.
• If your trip has to be changed because of issues like bad weather, strikes, or government orders, we will reschedule it as per the policies of the hotel, airline, or other travel partners involved.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your tour, the following cancellation charges will apply (per person, excluding flight and visa charges):

• 31 days or more before departure: ₹20,000 per person
• 30 to 16 days: 50% of total land cost
• 15 to 8 days: 75% of total land cost
• 7 days or less: 100% of land cost

Covid-19 Cancellation:

• Covid-positive report must be submitted.
• Refunds will be processed based on airline and hotel policies.
• Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable.

Visa and Documentation

• We assist with visa processing, but approval/rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
• Visa fees are non-refundable.
• Courier charges, document processing, and photo services are charged separately.
• Passport copies (photo page + address page) are required at the time of booking.

Currency & Price Fluctuation

• Flight fares are calculated in INR and are dynamic.
• Land package components are calculated based on current foreign exchange rates (USD/SGD) from XE.com.
• Final payment amount will be adjusted based on forex rate fluctuations at the time of payment.

Taxes and Local Payments

• Tourism/City Taxes (e.g., in Europe, Dubai, Malaysia) must be paid directly at hotels and are not included in the package cost.
• Island entry/National Park fees (e.g., in Thailand) must be paid locally by the guest.
• Hotel security deposits, if any, are refundable and to be paid directly by the guest.

Travel Insurance

• Overseas travel insurance is not included in the package cost unless specified.
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Once issued, the insurance policy is non-refundable.

Itinerary & Inclusions

• The day-wise itinerary is tentative and may change based on availability or local conditions.
• All services are subject to availability.
• Cruise gratuities, extra activities, or optional tours are not included unless specified.

Limitation of Liability

  • Hotel or service provider issues
  • Losses due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest

No refunds will be given for unused services, missed connections, or no-shows.

Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes and legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, due to our operational base and significant business activities in Delhi.

Important Notes

• Confirmed bookings require a minimum deposit of ₹20,000 per person.
• Final vouchers and itinerary will be provided within 1–2 days of full payment clearance.
• Please make all payments only to Starrey Dream Travel’s official account. Payments made to individuals/agents are not the responsibility of the company.
